What is Sani Wrap made of?
High density polyethylene, approximately one (1) mili (one-thousandth of an inch).
Are Sani Seats under warranty?
Yes. All Sani Seats installed in the USA are warrantied for life excluding damage caused by obvious customer abuse and/or vandalism. * Warranty valid in USA only and other restrictions may apply. Please call your local dealer for their warranty information and details.
How often does Sani Wrap need to be replaced?
The amount of Sani Wrap used is totally dependent on the amount of traffic in the establishment in which it is installed.
What is included in each box of Sani Wrap?
Approximately 2,000 seatings of sanitary seat covers and take-up spools.
What kind of power is used?
12 volt rechargeable battery packs and/or 12 volt transformers.
How is Sani Wrap attached to the take-up spool?
Thread the Sani Wrap under and around the take-up spool, turning the spool toward you several revolutions.
What is the purpose of the razor blade?
The blade splits the Sani Wrap allowing it to pass between the seat "attachment plate" and around the take-up spools thus preventing reuse.
Can the blade cut the user?
No. It's completely concealed when the housing is in place.
How often does the blade need to be replaced?
Depending on the amount of traffic, approximately every six months.
If moisture builds up in the take-up side of the unit, where does it go?
There is a tray located on the bottom side of the Sani Seat which allows any excess liquid to drain through the hole at the base of the tray, directly into the bowl.
Does Sani Seat replace the regular toilet seat?
Yes. Sani Seat fits all standard toilets and is installed in the same way as a conventional seat. Standard fittings are included in each carton.
Does Sani Seat lift like a conventional toilet seat?
Yes. It functions exactly the same way.
What if a technical problem is experienced?
By following the instructions supplied with the Sani Seat, most technical problems can be easily solved. If the problem is more difficult and not able to be resolved by your maintenance personnel, call the service representative.

Can Sani Wrap slip off the seat?
No. It's in the form of a sleeve which fully encases the seat.
Can the seat break at the point of attachment?
Very unlikely. There is a steel plate inserted in the seat, giving it a very high resistance to stress.
